Mission: Our mission is to support homeless veterans in our community in their efforts to achieve greater self-sufficiency. Including the ability to secure and maintain permanent housing. Support will be provided through intensive case management and access to community resources dedicated to enhancing self sufficiency, and will reflect the individual needs of those served.
